Providing Care and Supporting Independence
At Oasis Care
We are dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centred care for individuals with a range of complex needs. We understand that every person’s journey is unique, and our team works tirelessly to create a nurturing and supportive environment that empowers those we care for to thrive. Below is an overview of the areas we specialise in, with links to explore each in greater detail.

Separated Migrant Children
At Oasis Care, we recognise “Separated Migrant Children” as the preferred term, reflecting our respect for their unique experiences. We provide safe, nurturing spaces where these children can find stability, resilience, and hope for the future.
We are guided by organisations such as The Separated Child Foundation and The North West Regional Migrant Partnership, our governance and practices are both empathetic and evidence-based. This ensures our care is tailored to their specific needs, supporting them through the challenges of building a new life. At Oasis Care, we are dedicated to creating an environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Mental Health Conditions
Our staff are highly trained in supporting individuals with mental health challenges, delivering compassionate and effective care. We take a holistic approach that prioritises emotional well-being, providing a safe and supportive environment where individuals can rebuild confidence and independence. Collaboration is at the heart of our care.
We work closely with families and care professionals to design tailored support plans that address each person’s unique needs. Together, we help individuals take meaningful steps towards recovery, personal growth, and a brighter future.

"Care is more than providing a home, it's about providing the space to grow"
Learning Difficulties
We provide personalised support for individuals with learning disabilities, helping them build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve greater independence. Our team is committed to creating an inclusive environment where every individual feels valued and empowered to reach their potential.
4. Challenging Behaviour and Complex Needs
We understand the impact of trauma and other factors that can lead to challenging behaviours. Our staff are fully PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy) trained and trauma-informed, ensuring that our approach promotes trust, emotional safety, and growth. By focusing on positive behaviour support and emotional resilience, we help individuals navigate challenges and develop the skills needed to lead fulfilling lives.

Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS)
Our team has received specialised training from the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA), equipping us with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional care for individuals with PWS. We focus on addressing the physical, emotional, and social aspects of the condition, tailoring our support to each person’s needs. Our goal is to create an environment where individuals with PWS can lead enriched and meaningful lives, with the guidance and care they deserve.
